Gloria Kurz, the firm's principal, has 19 years of real estate
experience. She is a licensed real estate broker in both Rhode Island and
Connecticut and worked in Greenwich, Connecticut for many years. She is a member
of the National Association of Realtors, the Rhode Island Association of
Realtors, the Newport County Board of Realtors and the Connecticut Association
of Realtors. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and has been a
member of the State Bar of California since 1978. Gloria is a seasoned
negotiator in luxury and super-luxury real estate, the publisher of "Real
Estate Views" and contributes a regular real estate column in a local
publication. She founded the firm's "Care and Share" program that contributes to
local non-profit organizations.
All of the associates of Mansions & Manors bring a unique perspective to
their real estate practice. Each has the benefit of professional experience in
other market sectors that complements real estate.
- Greer Beecroft is also a licensed sales associate in California where she
worked in Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Encino and Sherman Oaks. She has a fashion
and interior design background and is a member of the IFDA (International
Furnishings & Design Association).
- Cort Facteau was an entrepreneurial business owner with management
experience in both residential and commercial real estate through a family-held
business
- Jackie Perrett was a senior executive in the investment banking industry, a
real estate consultant and the CEO/owner of a nationally recognized management
consulting firm.
- Mimi Pattison remains a licensed sales associate with a Palm Beach, Florida
firm where she sold real estate for a number of years. She is associated with
the Newport Preservation Society and has a wonderful knowledge of the history
and architecture of Newport, Rhode Island and its famous "cottages".
